Exceptionally clean and fancy hotel with free parking. Well-kept king room in good condition. A great selection of goodies for breakfast...

The location of this hotel is convenient, as it is situated halfway between Avon Park and Sebring. It is easy to access from US 27, without any winding side roads. The room I stayed in had a decent size, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. The bathroom had good water pressure. The housekeeping staff was friendly and accommodating, as they changed the towels every 5 days.

The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing, with weak coffee.

Close to restruants and shopping

The girl who worked in the night was pleasant. The price was good for what the hotel was - basic accommodations.

Room had an unpleasant odor. The guy who worked in the morning was unpleasant. The bedding was stained.

I recently stayed at Econo Lodge for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly helpful, even changing my room to a ground floor for easy access. The cleaning staff was efficient and ensured my room was spotless. The reception staff was pleasant and accommodating. Despite a small issue with the AARP discount, they were professional in handling the situation. lovely people and great service.

I do recommend this hotel.

Very cheap place to stay in quality and price. Get what you pay for I guess. I just purchased a home in the area and had to find somewhere to stay for a couple of days. I will NOT recommend this motel to anyone.

Somewhat decent employee attitudes.

Smelly rooms, leaking sink, mattress was very old and sunk in the middle, toilets kept clogging up even under minimal use, area in general disarray. Doesn't appear that owners care about speeding up an fixes to the rooms. I will not stay here if someone paid me to.

Overall clean, lake hotel.

Enjoyed good basic rooms.

The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a very nice area, near Avon Park and Sebring, restaurants and shopping and nearby lakes, including Istokpoga. Units in good condition. The rate was US $ 101.

The double room was well-kept with cable channels and had roaches and older TV.

Nature surroundings, good towels, cold AC, quiet room, good basic room overall.
